Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Assist in the management of project schedules and budgets.
  • Supervise engineering designers, ensuring quality control and effective assignment of tasks.
  • Prepare contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
  • Engage with clients and public agencies to foster strong working relationships.
  • Conduct preliminary engineering design studies, considering land use, zoning, and regulatory factors.
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of subdivision maps and public improvement plans.
  • Review hydrologic studies and drainage reports related to development projects.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and a minimum of four years of experience in land development, or nine years of total relevant work experience.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and management skills.
  • Experience in supervising engineering teams and maintaining positive relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Proficiency in project management and engineering design processes.
