Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (base + bonus potential), depending on experience and performance. The salary range reflects the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.

About the Role:

This position involves performing recovery efforts to minimize losses on delinquent accounts. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will have a portfolio of accounts that you will locate and negotiate with customers to find affordable repayment solutions, ensuring customers can regain control of their finances and build long-term relationships with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review delinquent accounts daily, maintaining losses at or below established guidelines.
  • Properly document all account activities to ensure accurate records.
  • Initiate contact with customers to resolve deficient balances and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
  • Comply with Foursight's policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional phone and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior collections or sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
