Key responsibilities encompass performing daily assessments to uncover data patterns, refining operational workflows, mitigating potential risks, assisting clients with innovative reporting tools, addressing performance inconsistencies, and engaging in team discussions and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the quality and control of data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information to clients globally.
  • Work closely with various teams to address client inquiries, reconcile accounts, and manage end-of-month closing activities.
  • Investigate and resolve complex discrepancies raised by external clients and internal teams.
  • Review and approve documented workflows and procedures, ensuring they are current and comprehensive.
  • Proactively recommend solutions for problem resolution and interface with senior-level clients and departments on intricate matters.
  • Generate various reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Participate in special projects and assignments, including onboarding new clients.
  • Act as a bridge between business requirements and technological solutions, facilitating the development of systems that meet client needs.
  • Analyze user-reported issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and coordinate between business functions and technical teams.
  • Document and analyze existing systems and processes to support the design of future enhancements.
  • Create and deliver user manuals and training sessions to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in middle or back-office investment operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of security management, pricing, corporate actions, and transaction oversight.
  • Familiarity with accounting and data warehousing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with both operational and technology teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
