Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Project Director to oversee our engineering and construction initiatives.

The Project Director is essential in steering and orchestrating EPC projects throughout their lifecycle. This position demands a significant degree of independence and the capability to effectively advocate for the project to both internal and external stakeholders, including upper management.

  • Supervising comprehensive EPC projects from design through permitting and construction
  • Collaborating with diverse business units to guarantee project achievement
  • Establishing and nurturing robust client relationships for future endeavors

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of fifteen years of experience within the Engineering & Construction sector

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities
  • Experience in managing integrated teams and subcontractors
  • Demonstrated success as a Project Manager
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and core engineering fields
  • Experience with 'Design/Build' projects is advantageous
  • Relevant industry certifications such as PMP & AECPMA are beneficial

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and coordinating EPC projects through all stages
  • Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Facilitating positive client interactions to secure future project opportunities
