Key Responsibilities- Enforce i9 Sports rules and regulations to ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to players and coaches.
- Manage game time, scorekeeping, and instruction to ensure a positive and competitive experience for all participants.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for players, coaches, and spectators.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
- Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the season.
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
- Must have reliable transportation and be dependable.
Salary range is $24.00, DOE.
