A Master's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is required, with three to five years of experience in the criminal justice profession preferred. The instructor will work with the Department Head for Criminal Justice and Fire Protection Technology to develop and implement curriculum. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff. The instructor will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student success, and contributing to the college's mission to provide high-quality education and training. The position is part-time, with a flexible schedule that includes teaching on Monday through Friday mornings.
