Job Title: Technology Service Technician

The Technology Service Technician is a vital role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT networks and telephony systems. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair customer IT network and telephony products and systems
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on implemented solutions
  • Assist with projects outside of immediate areas of responsibility, depending on technical expertise and certifications
  • Communicate status updates, concerns, or observations to Manager daily
  • Utilize sophisticated diagnostic tools and product information to assess and resolve network equipment failures
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree in a technical program or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting network or telephony systems
  • MCITP Enterprise Administrator or MCSE Certification required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot methodically and efficiently
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a general office environment, with occasional physical effort required. A valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage are also required.

Special Requirements:

Employee must complete required courses as described by Human Resources for all employees.
