Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Scopes of Work (SOW) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Extract detailed asset-level information from solicitations to generate precise labor estimates.
  • Develop competitive estimates and pricing in response to client RFPs, utilizing both internal and external data sources.
  • Coordinate with vendors to solicit PWS/SOW, track progress, and compile pricing data for submission.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and national subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to support Business Development efforts.
  • Prepare and analyze benchmarking data to assist in labor and material cost assessments.
  • Review vendor quotes for accuracy and participate in project meetings as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business, along with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance and cost estimating. Alternatively, candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Essential skills include:

  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or related industries is advantageous.
