Position Overview

Performance Health is in search of a Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our team.

In this capacity, you will take charge of the reporting and analysis of the organization's financial performance, along with product and customer-specific reporting across various segments, including VA, Acute, and OPR.

Additionally, the financial analyst will collaborate with our Capital Team to deliver financial insights and analyses that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the North America Direct Leadership Team by providing essential reporting and financial analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and uncover potential growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the National Accounts team to generate insightful reports and support RFPs, local agreements, and all contract maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct sales data analysis as requested by management utilizing diverse reporting tools.
  • Provide analytical support, including but not limited to profitability analysis, business review presentations, and various sales or marketing analyses.
  • Operate independently and collaboratively across functions to ensure detailed, accurate, and timely reporting.
  • Document all reporting processes thoroughly.
  • Prepare customized business reviews for all GPOs, Top OPR Chains, and Top 125 IDNs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in developing reports across various environments.
  • An understanding of business processes alongside financial reporting and analysis.
