Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food, including beverages and grab-and-go items.
  • Take customer orders for food and drinks.
  • Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system.
  • Assist in stocking and merchandising retail items and help with inventory management.
  • Ensure the Caf is adequately stocked to meet menu demands at all times, reporting any shortages to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in Caf areas consistently.
  • Provide support to fellow Caf employees as needed.
  • Assist management with additional tasks as required.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Experience in food production is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • A willingness to collaborate and contribute across all operational areas is important.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions.
  • Familiarity with TOAST POS software is advantageous.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
