Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at DEX Imaging. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support during field visits or dispatches.

About the Role

  • Provide on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks for customers and dealer-owned copier equipment.
  • Diagnostics and problem-solving skills to determine proper solutions for technical issues.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports to ensure seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and installation actions by completing relevant forms, logs, and records.
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, utilizing field automation systems as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, providing clear explanations of services performed and recommended actions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • At least six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
