Key Responsibilities:

- Authorize appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions
- Perform comprehensive health assessments
- Formulate patient care strategies
- Facilitate referrals to specialized healthcare providers
Required Qualifications:
- Background in nursing or allied health professions
- Proficient in building relationships with patients
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
