**Responsibilities and Requirements**
The Disaster Response Scheduler will play a critical role in supporting disaster response operations and managing temporary facility support services. This role requires efficient and accurate scheduling of services, facilities, or resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule disaster response operations to ensure timely and effective responses to emergencies.
- Manage temporary facility support services to ensure efficient and accurate scheduling of services, facilities, or resources.
- Work closely with customers, clients, or internal departments to process reservations, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of five years of professional experience working as an Administrator, preferably in a government environment.
- An Associate degree or higher.
- Advanced knowledge of disaster services and community resources.
- Proficient in utilizing Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Benefits and Salary
This position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
