About the Role

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our Civil/Site Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Civil/Site Practice
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality projects and services
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and review proposals and project budgets
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management and leadership
  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) and Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.)
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
