Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely operating industrial equipment, including forklifts, to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport pallet loads of product from the dock to designated warehouse slots using powered industrial equipment.
  • Replenish pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform operations and safety checks on equipment, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
  • Record all product, equipment, and warehouse damage.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of aisles by removing debris from the floor and racks.
Requirements:
  • Able to read and write legibly.
  • Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Must be able to understand Voxware commands.
  • OSHA compliant Forklift Certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior Selector experience.
  • Prior Forklift Operator experience.
