Your Responsibilities

As a Behavior Support Technician at UNIFI, your role will include:

  • Implementing individualized programs as outlined by the BCBA.
  • Adhering to behavior intervention strategies and safety guidelines.
  • Documenting data and managing necessary paperwork and billing.
  • Administering medications as needed.
  • Engaging in meetings and training sessions.
  • Working alongside the UNIFI team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

Work Environment

Your work will take place in diverse settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments. UNIFI covers travel expenses within a specified area. Note: Staff will not provide transportation to patients.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • RBT certification (support provided by UNIFI if necessary).
  • Clear background check.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • CPR certification (provided by UNIFI).
  • Physical capability to perform essential tasks.
