Your Responsibilities
As a Behavior Support Technician at UNIFI, your role will include:
- Implementing individualized programs as outlined by the BCBA.
- Adhering to behavior intervention strategies and safety guidelines.
- Documenting data and managing necessary paperwork and billing.
- Administering medications as needed.
- Engaging in meetings and training sessions.
- Working alongside the UNIFI team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Flexible and responsive to the needs of patients.
- Receptive to feedback and quick to adapt to changes.
- Collaborative team members with strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in technology for training, communication, and data management.
Work Environment
Your work will take place in diverse settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community environments. UNIFI covers travel expenses within a specified area. Note: Staff will not provide transportation to patients.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification (support provided by UNIFI if necessary).
- Clear background check.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- CPR certification (provided by UNIFI).
- Physical capability to perform essential tasks.
