L'Auberge de Sedona, a luxury resort in Sedona, AZ, seeks a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work, including front desk operations during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities- Financial Operations: Balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and conduct security walks.
- Front Desk Operations: Register guests, make reservations, and handle guest requests.
- Accounting and Reporting: Run reports, complete the End of Day process, and maintain cashiering responsibilities.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain radio contact with other associates, train new Night Auditors, and follow up on guest issues.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of Accounting Principles, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, and maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
