- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans and treatment programs to promote student growth and development.
- Collaborate with the House Manager and other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of student care.
- Provide guidance and support to students in developing independent living skills and promoting social behavior.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in working with students with cognitive and behavioral challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or related field.
