Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing individualized care to patients on your caseload.
  • Collaborate with patients' families and caregivers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with the Programming BCBA to ensure effective protocol modification and seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinical or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
