At UNIFI Autism Care, we're seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Care Delivery Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing individualized care to patients on your caseload.
- Collaborate with patients' families and caregivers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Work closely with the Programming BCBA to ensure effective protocol modification and seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinical or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
