Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customs Trade Coordinator to join our team at FedEx Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the documentation required by US Customs and Government Agencies for the entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Obtain accurate classification of goods for customs release from various sources, including databases, SOPs, tariff books, and customs regulations
  • Process and manage import-related documentation, including PGA submissions and agency brokerage shipments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment documentation in compliance with all record-keeping requirements
  • Ensure adherence to all international importing and exporting regulations
  • Collaborate with internal staff, departments, and external partners to deliver high-quality service to customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
  • Strong data entry and keyboard skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volumes of work
  • Ability to use multiple systems and reference materials, with a strong attention to detail
Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office position located at 3885 Airways Blvd, Memphis, TN 38116. The work schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00am - 2:30pm, with required overtime.
