{"Job Title": "Clinical Supervisor", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Andrus Childrens Center. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and coaching to clinical staff, ensuring the quality of clinical care for cases supervised, and promoting integrated, person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical supervision and coaching to clinical staff
* Monitor and evaluate clinical and administrative performance
* Ensure the quality of clinical care for cases supervised
* Promote integrated, person-centered care
* Support the implementation of clinically appropriate treatment plans and all related documentation for client records in the electronic health record
* Provide psychotherapy to clients and their families using individual, group, and family intervention as well as other agency approved evidenced-based treatment modalities, including off-site visits
* Serve as on-call Clinical Supervisor as scheduled on a rotating basis
* Act as a resource to clinical staff by maintaining knowledge of OMH regulations and standards of care as they relate to clinical practice

Requirements:

* Licensed (LCSW, LCSW-R, Ph.D or Psy.D) with a current professional license in NYS
* At least 4 years of clinical experience, including 3 years of supervisory and administrative experience
* Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescent and families
* Knowledge of and experience with multiple modalities and evidence-based Interventions
* Strong computer skills, with knowledge of electronic health record system
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to meet session productivity standards
