Mental Health Specialist for Children

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Intermountain Deaconess Children's Services. As a key member of our Comprehensive School Community Treatment (CSCT) team, you will provide therapeutic support to children and families in a public-school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Provide direct care services to children and families, including therapeutic interventions and relationship-building activities.
- Integrate with the CSCT team, public school staff, and other treating professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to services.
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
- One to two years of experience working with emotionally disturbed children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid Montana Driver's License.
