Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Liberty Military Housing. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Support: Provide timely and effective support to residents, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lease Administration: Prepare and process lease documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting a sense of community and encouraging resident participation in community events.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with residents, management, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve resident complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours, and emergencies as required.
