- Lead and supervise the Case Management and Social Work teams
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory standards
- Work closely with the CFO and Quality Assurance teams to drive quality improvements
- Engage in discharge planning and participate in the Utilization Review Committee
- Encourage optimal use of clinical resources
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Case Management
- Preferred 2-3 years of prior management experience
- Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa
