About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Care Partner to join our team at Tribute at One Loudoun. As a Medication Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our senior residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their personalized medication plans.
  • Monitor and record resident medication usage, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate medication orders and deliveries.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Participate in life enrichment activities and programs, encouraging resident engagement and socialization.

Requirements:

  • Current state Certified Medication Tech (CMA) license in VA.
  • Current caregiver license per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA license).
  • First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a community setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
