About the Role

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Implement residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
  • Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Administer medication to residents

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.25 - $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Requirements
  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
  • 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
