Job Title: Registered NurseJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The US Oncology Network. As an Oncology Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with cancer and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in oncology nursing.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred.
  • Current RN state license and registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience, including at least one year in oncology.
  • Oncology certification preferred.
