Job Summary:We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in an oncology setting. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Manage patient medication refill requests and document information in patient charts
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
- Current RN state license and registration with the State Board of Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 0-3 years nursing experience, preferably in oncology

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
