Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Store Operations: Assist in managing store performance, including tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Account Management: Oversee account management and recovery processes, maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with vendors on auctions, vehicle sales, and moving consignment, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives.
