Career Opportunity: Registered Nurse Navigator

We are seeking an experienced RN Navigator to join our team As a member of our esteemed staff, you will play a pivotal role in navigating patients through the continuum of cancer care from screening to treatment.

About the Job

The Nurse Navigator will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct and indirect care to patients and significant others under the direction of the Physician and Program Director
  • Consulting on case management issues in areas of targeted intervention
  • Serving as a care coordinator ensuring timely access and seamless coordination of services
Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a RN in an acute care hospital setting
  • A current and valid state RN License
  • OCN certification preferred
  • A current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
  • Nursing experience in related fields (Breast, GYN) preferred
Salary and Benefits
