About the Role

The Registered Nurse Navigator will play a vital role in providing warm line support and navigation services for clients served by Saint Michael Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice
  • Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel
  • Maintain standards of care within the Cancer Center

Requirements

  • Current and valid state RN License
  • OCN preferred
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
  • Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
