Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trillium Staffing. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide proactive communication regarding schedule changes.
  • Manage inbound scheduling requests and maintain accurate inventory and database systems.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of administrative and customer support experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and motivate team members.
