We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing site plans, designing projects, and conducting field inspections when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze site plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Design and develop engineering projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Conduct field inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships count)
  • Engineer in Training certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of design principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
