Prep Cook

• Prepare ingredients and cook food according to established recipes and production standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and dishwashers.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and maintain a positive work environment.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
