Job Responsibilities
- Conduct both outbound and inbound communications with clients.
- Quickly identify and understand client needs with professionalism.
- Address client inquiries related to services and resolve issues through various communication methods.
- Utilize web resources to provide necessary documents to clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Contribute insights and support for new product initiatives and sales methodologies.
- Engage in team and individual meetings for continuous improvement.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

- Flexibility to collaborate with remote team members across different time zones.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Active Life and Health Insurance License Required
- Completion of 2025 AHIP Training Required
