Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for our patients, and maintaining the overall appearance of the front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets patients and assists with paperwork, maintaining the sign-in sheet
  • Ensures the accuracy of patient demographics and enters charges into the system
  • Collects co-payments as needed
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive attitude
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing situations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Customer service experience
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts and weekends
  • Ability to work at other centers as needed
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a patient services representative position
