We are seeking a board eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine-Pediatric Physician to join our team as an Ambulatory Site Director at the Geisinger Milton Clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the continuity clinic site for twenty residents, spending a half day a week serving patients and additional time on ambulatory rotation.
- Develop and implement ambulatory curriculum, faculty development of preceptors, review and dissemination of resident quality metrics, and mentorship for residents interested in Primary Care.
- Collaborate with residency program leadership to ensure shared goals are being met.
- Core faculty supported nonclinical time (up to 0.15 FTE) for curriculum development and quality improvement projects.
- Faculty appointment at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
- Competitive compensation package, including a 'new' base salary starting at $320k, residency/fellow stipend, and recruitment incentives.
- Continuing medical education - 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds.
- Fully paid relocation and 401k contributions.
