Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor assistive personnel in the performance of delegated direct/indirect nursing care activities
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Advanced communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
