Job Description

As a Technology Project Coordinator in the Bureau of Healthcare and Community Readiness, you will play a critical role in defining systems strategy, developing requirements, prototyping, and testing technology solutions to support emergency response efforts. You will work closely with business owners to establish project and resource needs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of technology projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external development contractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of technology projects
  • Leading or serving as part of the team to define business requirements and establish project and resource needs
  • Managing software and licenses usage and policy
  • Providing effective programmatic project management for new and existing technology projects
  • Engaging in proactive capacity planning, including evaluating or participating in the review of new technology solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills and experience in technology project coordination
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
