We are seeking a dedicated Property Leasing Specialist to join our team.

Position Details:

  • Location: Various communities

Compensation: $17-18/hr plus quarterly performance bonuses (not commission-based)

Work Schedule: Rotating Saturdays, closed on Sundays, Monday to Friday until 6 PM.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and administrative skills. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or property management is highly valued. We offer comprehensive training and coaching to help you develop the necessary skills for success and guide your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities of a Property Leasing Specialist:

  • Engage with prospective residents to provide information about our communities, respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and conduct property showings.
  • Handle leasing applications, prepare lease documents, and coordinate security deposits and lease signings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their needs, assisting with lease renewals, and managing requests for changes.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure apartments are ready for new residents and follow up on maintenance requests.
  • Create a positive experience for residents during their move-in process.
  • Manage move-out procedures, including processing move-outs and security deposit returns.
  • Track rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Organize and facilitate resident activities and events.
