Candidate Profile
- Expertise in Transportation: You hold a professional engineering license and possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or transportation engineering, along with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record in transportation planning, design, and construction management, with previous leadership and project management roles.
- Agency Collaboration: You have experience working with local, state, and county agencies.
- Multitasking Skills: You excel in research and problem-solving, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: You are an effective communicator with strong teamwork and analytical abilities.
- Supervisory Skills: You possess significant experience in mentoring, delegating, and leading teams.
- Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in business and engineering software, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and/or Microstation. Familiarity with Civil 3D or Geopak is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: You thrive in collaborative environments and have a natural ability to lead and mentor others.
