Clinical Outcomes Specialist Part-Time

As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in improving quality care outcomes within our healthcare organization. You will work within the Department of Clinical Excellence to facilitate evidence-based practice implementation, positively influencing nursing care delivery. Using a data-driven approach, you will lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with nursing staff to identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Conduct data analysis to inform quality improvement initiatives and measure their effectiveness
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives across the organization
Requirements:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam
- 5-7 years of relevant acute care experience
- American Heart Association BLS
- Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Experience with Psychiatric patients a plus
