We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Siena Lakes, a vibrant continuing care retirement community in North Naples. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes and community spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resident homes in Independent Living, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Operate specialized equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the community, including vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting.
  • Clean public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures, to ensure a hygienic environment for residents and staff.
  • Clean lobbies, living rooms, and other community spaces, including vacuuming, dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash, to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan liners, to maintain a clean and organized community.
  • Maintain carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming, to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
  • Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
  • Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each other.
