Estate Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Housekeeper to join our team at The Calendar Group. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury household setting, providing exceptional service to our private estate in Naples, Florida.

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, to maintain immaculate surroundings.
• Maintain luxurious and antique surfaces, including marble, brass, quartz, hardwood, and fine fabrics, using specialized products and techniques to preserve their quality.
• Handle fine fabrics with care, performing tasks such as delicate washing, drying, folding, ironing, and wardrobe organization with precision.
• Execute deep cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are pristine and meticulously maintained.
• Organize spaces effectively, creating a tidy and functional environment.
• Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or UHNW family setting.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons, events, and special occasions as required.
