The L2 Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that the quality of Aramark's offerings meets or surpasses client and customer expectations. Compensation InformationThe salary range for this role is between $80K and $90K, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, prior experience, market data, and other pertinent considerations. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions, where applicable. This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position,' and Aramark reserves the right to adjust base salary and other compensation programs at any time for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance and market factors.

- Oversee material procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency.
- Develop strategic and operational objectives.
- Analyze financial data to enhance profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
- Conduct quality controls and monitor production processes.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality.
- Maintain compliance with wage and hour regulations for local and foreign employees.
- Coordinate payroll functions and distribution of checks.
- Assist leadership with special projects.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance business growth and account retention.
- Accountable for business reviews and key interactions with significant clients in the local market.
- Review and analyze business performance using data plans, recommending actions to address operational opportunities, including sales growth optimization, pricing strategies, inventory management, waste reduction, and labor costs.
- Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Ensure daily operations are executed as scheduled.

Qualifications- A minimum of five years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- A degree in Business, Operations Management, or equivalent experience is required.
- Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Previous experience in merchandising or the retail industry is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Experience with merchandising software systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Schedule may vary, with 60+ hours during peak seasons and 40+ hours during off-peak seasons.
- Must obtain ServSafe Managers Certificate within 45 days of employment.
This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
This position requires flexibility, and you may be asked to work outside of your regular schedule if necessary.
