Personal Support Specialist

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Professionals or Personal Support Specialists.

About the Role:
As a Home Care Professional or Personal Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
You will work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring
- Assist with household chores, prepare meals, and accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
- Use your creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and industry developments through ongoing training and education
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
- Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Pass a background check
- CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonuses for employee referrals, paid training and development, caregiver recognition and rewards programs, access to leadership, paid travel time in between clients plus mileage reimbursement, and mobile clock in/out.
Location: Lancaster and Chester Counties.
