Intellectual Property Specialist

Job Summary:
Porter Isaac LLC is seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Paralegal to support lawyers in all aspects of PTAB, U.S. District Court, and ITC proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of PTAB, ITC, and U.S. District Court best practices and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lawyers in PTAB, U.S. District Court, and ITC proceedings.
- Prepare and file submissions, including inter partes reviews, post grant reviews, and interference proceedings.
- Assist with ex parte appeal filings and preparation of support materials for oral hearings.
- Support reexaminations and interferences before the PTAB.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of IP litigation paralegal experience in a large law firm preferred.
- Working knowledge of PTAB, ITC, and U.S. District Court best practices and databases.
- Experience with electronic discovery support and data management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate desirable.
