Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their estate planning needs and goals.
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with trust administration, including asset management and distribution.
  • Guide clients through the probate process, resolving disputes and addressing legal issues.
  • Represent clients in trust and estate litigation, including will contests and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Requirements:
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Trust and Estate Planning.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
