Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team at Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate CNC machines to produce complex parts
  • Develop and maintain efficient machining processes
  • Collaborate with production team to meet production targets
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming
  • Strong knowledge of Tebis and other CNC software
  • Experience with plastic injection molds and related processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
