Job Summary

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Infusion Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
  • Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
  • Administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
Requirements
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
